I became a therapist because I’ve seen how powerful it is when someone feels truly understood. My journey has been shaped by a deep belief that people can grow through even the hardest experiences. Helping others find clarity, strength, and purpose is what drives my work every day.

Goal setting with me is collaborative and pressure-free. We explore what you hope will feel different, then shape those hopes into small, achievable steps. I check in often, celebrate your progress, and adjust goals as your needs shift—keeping your growth and well-being at the center.

Expect a steady, non-shaming space where you can share what feels safe, at a pace that works for you. I’ll guide the conversation with curiosity, help you name your needs, and begin shaping a plan together. You’ll leave feeling seen, understood, and supported—not judged or rushed.
