I graduated from USC with my MSW and am currently an LCSW practicing in California, serving the Los Angeles area. I have worked mostly. Children and families with anxiety, trauma, and adjustment issues in children and young adulthood. I also focused on women's issues and coping skills for young adults.

I focus on clients' needs and address what their main priority is and what they want to work on first.

My approach

When working with college student I use solution-focused therapy and problem-solving techniques for client are willing to find coping skills that work for them. I used. Some CBT techniques and also explore with the client, addressing past trauma if needed to be addressed.

I communicate very direct and assertive manner with an empowering approach to support clients in treatment and goal setting.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been in direct practice for 8 years and have closely worked with children and youth in school settings and set my passion for working with student who have experienced trauma and severe depression, anxiety, and other mental health diagnosis with children that has been affecting there learning. I have worked with adults who have life chnages.

My goals for you

I usually have check-ins on their goal setting and have them write down on note pad or phones, whichever works for clients, tracking down on how much closer they are to their personal goal.

Our first session

The first session will be more of gathering information about the client's past, bio-psycho-social assessment, so that I can have a better understanding of the client's needs for treatment and therapy sessions.
