My communication style

I create a supportive space for your self-exploration and healing. My approach is collaborative, rooted in the belief that you are the expert of you. Healing can be hard work, but also playful. We'll make space for the hard stuff and the ridiculousness of being human.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist was personal. I'm a survivor of childhood trauma and live with chronic health challenges. I became a therapist because I know what it's like to feel broken and to slowly begin putting the pieces back together.

My goals for you

I collaborate with my clients to approach goal-setting in the way that works best for them. Utilizing a neurodiverse lens, I recognize that not all folks think or learn the same. I will work with you to help you identify your own intentions for the upcoming week.

Our first session

Finding a therapist is like dating; you have to find the right fit. My first session is about exploration, me getting to know you, and you getting to know me. Within four to six sessions, folks generally know whether we're a good fit. Being a therapist means being a support, guide, advocate, and ally.
