My journey to mental healthcare

As a first-generation Latinx LCSW, I understand the stigma surrounding mental health and the pressure to suppress emotions. I became a provider to be the relatable, supportive guide I needed when I was younger.

My goals for you

We partner up to set and reach goals. My honest and relatable style validates your experiences while we break big goals into practical steps. I make it clear that it's normal for goals to change, and we use setbacks as helpful information to adjust the plan. I support you by highlighting your natural strengths and resilience.

Our first session

Our first session is built on safety and partnership. We'll review informed consent so you know you only share when ready. We'll discuss past experiences and your expectations for me, then set initial goals and the plan to reach them. My priority is creating a comfortable space for you to be authentically yourself.
