My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
