I have been extremely successful with providing couples and individual psychotherapy ensuring that each client receives the highest level of therapeutic care. In addition, I have always maintained a specialized clinical practice that requires an advanced Cognitive Behavioral therapeutic approach designed to motivate individuals and couples to achieve their treatment plan objectives. As a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist for the past nineteen years, I have always been responsible to nurture my client’s aspirations.
My approach
Typically, my clinical approach focuses on enhancing my client’s strengths to build a solid therapeutic process to achieve their specific goals. I seek to facilitate a therapeutic process that recognizes each individual is capable of achieving their mental and emotional health.

I strongly feel that each individual is capable of a higher purpose that allows them to live their authentic self.

It has always been my therapeutic goal is allow each individual to genuinely listen to others without being critical of their individual challenges.
My journey to mental healthcare
This adventure called life has so many twists and turns. It was clear that I would join the healing arts after being hired as a peer counselor. I decided after working for the United Postal Service for twenty-one years. I would pursue becoming a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist.
My goals for you
It has always been my goal to allow each client to achieve their highest potential for themselves. I believe if there are barriers or obstacles to overcome it is definitely within that individual ability to be resolved.
