I am an eclectic therapist using CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused, and trauma-informed approaches. My background includes working with individuals with mood disorders, substance abuse, dual diagnosis, trauma, and PTSD. I have had the opportunity to work with adults, LGBTQIA individuals, veterans, and individuals impacted by the justice system.
