I am glad you are here! I hope to be part of your healing journey. I bring experience and a passion for helping others to the therapy room.

My focus

I have worked with a wide variety of clients, from teens to a 102-year-old female veteran. Therapy works best if you are ready for positive change and open to looking at struggles in your life in a new way.

My approach

My experience working with struggling families and veterans from all walks of life has taught me a lot about what works when helping others. I will meet you where you are in life and set goals to move your life in a positive direction.

My communication style

Approaching every client with empathy and compassion is where I start. I value where you have been and your journey that led you to where you are today. I will take time to get to know you and build rapport, and then start with setting goals together.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have worked as a social worker for 27 years in a variety of settings, including therapeutic work in clinical and in-home-based programs. I get a great sense of joy helping others and seeing their lives improve.

Your life journey has led you to where you are now. We will process what is working for you and things you want to work on, and develop a plan together. Goals should be realistic and attainable and of value to you.
