Hi there, I'm Anthony!

I use a person-centered, solution-focused approach to help clients progress toward their personal goals and recognize their full potential.

My focus

I am comfortable working with a wide range of clients and will see individuals, couples, and families, with ages ranging from child to elder adult. I have had success in supporting clients to challenge negative thinking and unhealthy behaviors that contribute to feelings of depression, anger, anxiety, and overall stress.

My approach

I draw on a variety of approaches to meet each client's individual needs. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a solution-focused approach and mindfulness interventions to manage stress, anger, anxiety, and depression. I am also certified in Clinical EFT (tapping/acupressure) to support a healthy mind-body connection.

My communication style

My goal is to hold a positive, safe space for each client that is calm, comfortable, and free from judgment. I feel that I have a more relaxed approach and like using humor to build healthy connections.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been drawn to helping others since I was a young child, and am usually the person that friends turn to when going through hard times. I love seeing others find positive ways to manage and overcome challenges in their lives and would enjoy the opportunity to help you as well!

My goal is to meet my clients wherever they are in their process and celebrate their successes. I work collaboratively with each client to create goals that feel realistic and attainable, while also offering healthy challenges to promote growth and positive change.

For our first session, you can expect to be welcomed into a safe space and take some time to explore what has brought you to therapy. I like to build healthy personal connections with each person I work with to help create a more comfortable space and to be the most helpful that I can be.
