Hi there, I'm Lindsey!

I provide therapeutic counseling to children, adults, and families. I have extensive experience working with children on the Autism spectrum and their families, as well as supporting individuals navigating complex life challenges.

My focus

I work with adults and minors ages 8-17 on issues including Autism Spectrum, behavioral concerns, grief, divorce, parenting, school issues, substance use, chronic pain, developmental disorders, learning disabilities, and pregnancy/postpartum concerns. I am also fluent in Spanish.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you make forward progress toward health and well-being. I employ a variety of modalities including Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Sandplay, Narrative, Trauma Focused, Solution Focused, and Strength-Based techniques tailored to your unique needs.

My communication style

My communication style aims to meet clients where they are. I work towards building a compassionate and collaborative relationship to reach a mutual understanding and help clients make positive progress. I strongly believe that a strong therapeutic alliance is one of the best indicators of success in therapy.

My journey to mental healthcare

Throughout my career, I've been driven by a passion for supporting and advocating for children and families, especially those involved in high-conflict custodial disputes. I've worked to develop innovative, team-based projects and collaborated with community programs and agencies.

I aim to help clients reach a place of forward progress, improved health, and overall well-being through mutual collaboration and care. I offer compassionate support, build positive connections based on open communication, and help each client process complex feelings as they arise while offering support and validation.
