I have an eclectic approach to providing therapy; however, the most common approaches I use in my work are humanistic with a social justice lens. Also, highly psychodynamic. My focus areas of practice have been youth in K-12 experiencing depression and anxiety, as well as adults, self-identified victims of domestic violence.
My focus
I would like to work with young adults as well as middle-age. Preferably, it would be clients who present with challenges with anxiety and depression, as that is the population I have worked most with. I would also like to work with self-identified victims of domestic violence and Spanish-speaking clients.
