My journey to mental healthcare

As a first-generation immigrant, my journey into healthcare was shaped by both personal experience and a strong desire to give back. Nursing gave me the foundation to care for patients in a hands-on, compassionate way. I recognized how often mental health go unseen or untreated both here and abroad. My goal is to build resilience and find balance.

I use a structured, patient-centered approach that combines clinical expertise with collaboration and accountability. By understanding your priorities, values, and functional goals—not just symptoms. Our first session

We will Start with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. Then, if medication is appropriate, we will discuss medication treatment options, benefits, risk and follow up to adjust medication based on how you’re doing.
