My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to therapy through a fascination with human resilience and a desire to help others navigate life’s challenges. As an immigrant, I understand the challenges of adapting to change while staying true to yourself. Working with clients of diverse backgrounds has deepened my understanding of healing and reinforced my commitment to supporting
