I am a compassionate therapist who is culturally sensitive and fluent in additional languages. I continue to add knowledge and skills to provide the best care that aligns with the gold standard of service delivery. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups.

My focus

I work with the entire family: from individuals to couples to larger units, depending on the individual needs.

My approach

I care a lot about my clients' early attachment experiences and bring trauma-informed care tools when needed. As an integrative therapist, I draw on CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR, ACT, and many other schools of thought.
