I often use an eclectic approach depending on the needs of my client. My areas of practice include person-centered, solution-focused, narrative therapy, CBT, CPT, DBT, EMDR, Gottman method, and the Grief Recovery Method.

My therapeutic approach varies depending on the needs of each client I work with. I often use an eclectic approach with several modalities, but my main goal is to build a safe, warm, and trusting environment in order to work through feelings of anxiety, stress, depression, or trauma.

My communication style

I provide a safe virtual space to provide comfort and encourage my clients to feel safe and heard. I believe in meeting each client where they're at in order to address the core causes of difficulty to help them better manage life obstacles.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have experience helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief, and I have a genuine dedication and passion for this field because we all need a safe space without judgment to be transparent, feel heard, and gain tools to thrive.

Like all goals, I believe they should adhere to the SMART framework of being Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. I believe that clients have all the tools within themselves to be the person they want to be. It's my job to shine a light on the natural talents and strength they already possess.
