Hi there, I'm Suraya!

Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in old traumas or patterns that no longer serve you? You don’t have to carry it alone. I weave EMDR and Expressive Arts Therapy to gently process what’s stuck and uncover your inner resilience. Together, we’ll help you feel more rooted, whole, and aligned with your true self.

My focus

My ideal client is someone who senses they're ready for change—even if parts of them feel uncertain or afraid. You may notice yourself caught in familiar patterns of relating or held back by harsh self-judgment, old trauma, or limiting beliefs about who you are. At the same time, there's a deep pull toward living with more self-love & authenticity.

My approach

My approach to therapy is embodied, heart-centered, and grounded in the belief that healing unfolds through deep self-connection and compassionate awareness. Drawing from EMDR, Expressive Arts Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices, I support clients in gently processing past experiences while also engaging the body, imagination, & inner wisdom.
