My journey to mental healthcare

I began my career in the geosciences and technology industry, working as a trainer and consultant. Several years ago, I realized that informed decision-making could make a difference in the lives of others. I became driven to make an impact. Subsequently, in 2013, I sought education and licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

My goals for you

As a trained therapist, I will work with you to uncover your "data' (past and present history), hone in on the core challenges, and facilitate the environment where you can heal, grow, and navigate the difficult decision in your life.

Our first session

In the first session, we will take time to get to know each other and to identify what has brought you to therapy. Before the session concludes, we will establish therapeutic goals and set the next steps for treatment.
