My journey to mental healthcare

I grew up in a chaotic environment and wished I had someone to talk to who understood what I was going through. I wanted to be that person for teenagers experiencing life's realities without enough resources to deal with them. I feel passionate about autonomy and client-centered therapy.

My goals for you

You set your own goals, and together we create a plan to achieve them. Goals can be fluid and flexible based on life's circumstances. Sometimes goals need to change or be prioritized. Goals are always up to you.

Our first session

I start by understanding why you're coming to therapy and identifying goals to work on together. I share information about my style and encourage you to tell me what you need from me. We'll discuss any previous therapy experiences and what worked or didn't work for you.
