I hold a license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) working with clients statewide in California via telehealth. My work focus is individual counseling geared toward adults. I am strong in working with symptoms associated with anxiety, stress, and relational issues, among others.

I have been offering counseling services for all ages. I have learned over the last few years that my style and skills have shifted towards young adults and adults. I have worked with adults experiencing anxiety and/or depression, dealing with life challenges and transitions, as well as struggling to navigate and cope with life difficulties.
My approach
My approach will be geared to each of the client’s needs. My clinical practice encompasses the integration of CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems. I believe that transformation occurs when individuals acquire a deeper understanding of their life decisions and the ongoing patterns that shape their intra-/interpersonal dynamics.
