My journey to mental healthcare

My curiosity about the human mind began early—I wanted to be a psychiatrist at twelve. Life took me elsewhere for a while, but the desire to understand and support others never left. Returning to school midlife allowed me to fulfill that calling and do the work that feels most natural to me.

My goals for you

I view goals as something we discover together, not impose. In our work, I listen closely to what feels most important to you and aim to help clarify the changes you’d like to make. From there, we collaboratively shape meaningful, achievable goals that reflect your values and readiness for growth.

Our first session

Our first session offers a calm space to reflect, ask questions, and begin building trust. It’s also a chance to talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain. You set the pace—I’ll guide the process with openness, curiosity, and care as we begin this shared journey.
