I’m a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Clinical Social Worker. With 6 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages, helping them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and more. I'm here to help, when you are ready!

I work best with individuals who want to make positive changes in their lives. I understand that the process can be tough, and as your therapist, I’m here to support, encourage, and motivate you every step of the way. I have a big passion for helping others break generational cycles.

I am warm, empathetic, and compassionate. My approach is to support and guide you through your healing journey in a way that feels safe and empowering. I am here to help you recognize your strengths and truly believe in your ability to grow! I use various treatment approaching such as CBT, TFCBT, Psychodynamic, and more.

I'm calm, gentle, empathetic, and easy to talk to. I use humor when appropriate. My goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible and I go at your pace.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey as a therapist started when I realized I had a great passion for helping others. This came from being the eldest daughter ina traditional Hispanic family. I received my Masters in Social Work at USC and worked in community mental health before joining private practice. It has been such a privilege to help others.

Our first session

In our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and discuss your goals for therapy. We’ll also go over an intake form, which includes some questions to better understand your needs. I know that starting therapy can feel intimidating, but my goal is to create a comfortable space for you. Once again, I go at your pace.
