I draw from EMDR, Psychodynamic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, CBT, somatic skills, Problem-Solving Therapy, DBT, and Internal Family Systems to support your growth.

Goal setting is the foundation of our work together, so we know where you'd like to go and how to get there. We'll continually reevaluate your goals and progress based on new insights and what emerges in our sessions.

Our first session

During our first session, I'll ask questions to get to know you more and to inform a potential treatment plan. You will have the opportunity to ask questions regarding the therapy process and my approach. Both of us will get initial impressions to help us decide if it would be appropriate to proceed with future sessions.
