I find it helpful to use an integrative therapeutic approach, such as relational theory, humanistic psychology, and systems theory, to reach an identified goal.

Expect a warm, positive, and gentle tone during our sessions. Together, we will spend time exploring and examining thoughts, actions, and reactions.

I have been told by friends, family, and strangers that I listen without judgment. We all deserve to be heard and provided with tools that allow us to improve our quality of life. The definition of a quality life is subjective, personal, and unique to everyone.
