I prefer a Client-Centered Approach. I meet clients where they are on their journey and provide support along the way. I believe in Self-Determination, which provides a safe space for self-expression and exploration, ultimately leading to empowerment.

My communication style

I've often been told I am a clear communicator. I provide a nonjudgmental style of communication and create a safe space by providing encouragement and validation. I promote self-care. I believe compassion leads to client empowerment.

My journey to mental healthcare

At a young age, I found myself providing people of different backgrounds with support. I began my journey volunteering as a Crisis Counselor. It was then that I realized I had a passion for helping others. I explored different opportunities in the Non-Profit Sector, Public Schools, and Healthcare.
