My approach
My approach to therapy utilizes a solution-focused approach and Narrative Therapy (changing the negative story we tell ourselves). I use a Narrative/Solution-Focused approach to help my clients explore some of the mental and emotional barriers that may be interfering with their desire to experience more fulfilling relationships with themselves.
