I provide culturally focused therapy utilizing integrative approaches. Although I am trained in several types of modalities and populations, my focus has been on life transitions and personal/career growth.

I work with patients needing care for their mental health, including individuals struggling with life transitions.

My approach

I am primarily psychodynamic with an interpersonal approach. I also integrate various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral, narrative, and solution-focused. As a clinical neuropsychologist, I understand how cognitive deficits and strengths are part of your therapeutic services and incorporate them into your session.

My journey to mental healthcare

I completed my internship at the Center for Multicultural Training in Psychology and a residency in neuropsychology. I have been providing therapy services to support clients through meaningful change and growth.
