I use a safe and collaborative approach in helping you to understand your underlying issues. My style is conversational and relaxed while providing a safe, nonjudgmental space for self-empowerment, self-expression, and empowerment.

What drives me to do this work is the process that one goes through, not knowing completely where it will take them.

My goals for you

My goal for you is to address your individual strengths, goals, and any current challenges you are facing. We will examine those goals more closely and bring the focus onto developing skill acquisition that can be applied to real-life situations.

Our first session

Depending on each individual, I find that most clients feel not only a sense of relief from the onset of therapy, but also feel supported with a better understanding of their situation.
