My focus
I can support you in working through past trauma, depression and anxiety, addiction recovery, and intimacy and relationship struggles. I also have experience supporting trans and gender non-conforming folks with accessing gender-affirming care and moving through symptoms of gender dysphoria.
My approach
I like to think of therapy as walking a forest path together, where we get to look at who's on this journey with you, turn over and examine what's under the boulders in your way, and give your deepest self some air and light. I'll provide a personalized mix of behavioral support and processing deeper thoughts and feelings.
