My focus
I work well with people who are kind, responsible, and genuinely want to make a difference in others’ lives—but who often find themselves stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed while trying to do so. Many of my clients are helpers—Christians, caregivers, leaders, or professionals—who love serving others yet struggle to rest, say no, or set boundaries.
My approach
I tailor therapy methods to fit each client’s goals and comfort level. Common approaches include: Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping), Cognitive (CBT-style) Therapy, and Faith-Integrated Therapy (upon request).
