My approach to therapy is client-centered, meaning you're in charge. I work with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and those suffering from low self-esteem and self-worth. I have a whole-being philosophy because I truly believe we must care for all of ourselves—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual—to be completely whole.
My focus
I work with clients who experienced trauma as children and adults, domestic violence victims and perpetrators, substance abuse, anxiety, mood disorders, autism, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. I also work with families and couples and provide Christian counseling.

My therapeutic approach is primarily Humanistic as I believe each of us is unique and should be valued. I have a positive outlook on life, and it's my pleasure to support you in reaching your full potential by overcoming any emotional or mental barriers.
