Hello! I am an attentive and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I help people from various walks of life to understand themselves better, to heal, and to grow. I am a bilingual Spanish therapist who understands the difficulties of being multicultural in our society today.
My approach
I use a client-centered approach, tailoring therapeutic needs to each individual. I work with most clients using Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Therapy. I strive to develop a safe and empowering therapeutic relationship.
My focus
I have helped numerous people facing the challenges of depression, anxiety, anger, stress, trauma, parenting, relationships, and life transitions. My experience includes providing therapy to individuals, children, adults, families, and couples.

I use warmth, curiosity, and humor to help remove the barriers to feeling happy and connected - to yourself, others, and your life.
My journey to mental healthcare
My journey began in 2016, as a clinician providing mental health services to youth, couples, and families in the Bay Area. I have worked with various nonprofits and within counties providing behavioral health services.

My first session with you
In our first session, you will answer intake questions and we will focus on building rapport. My main focus is that you feel comfortable and confident that we are a good match to undergo the therapeutic journey.
