Hi, I am Veronica! A licensed marriage and family therapist most passionate about self-care, wellness, and leaving the world better than how I found it. I believe that living a good life first begins within ourselves. I am passionate about helping clients address their challenges and exploring ways to move through discomfort.
My approach
I utilize an integrative treatment approach of CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, etc. Treatment orientation depends on clients and their current needs. I am most familiar with CBT/DBT and trained in EMDR. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and enjoy working with clients to meet their goals.
My focus
I am most passionate about working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, work-life balance, relationship difficulties, etc. I typically work with clients struggling with day-to-day life stressors that impact their overall functioning.
My communication style
I hope to provide a warm and comfortable environment that feels safe to explore any previous trauma or difficulties. I have a gentle and relaxed approach to treatment and welcome laughter during therapy.
