My focus

I support teens, young adults, and adults who may feel misunderstood, burned out, or stuck—especially those who are neurodiverse, navigating school or work challenges, or exploring their identity. My goal is to help you develop tools, clarity, and self-compassion so you can thrive on your own terms.

My approach

My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Rather than trying to eliminate difficult thoughts or feelings, we’ll focus on building awareness, flexibility, and skills that help you respond differently to challenges. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your goals, values, and pace.

My communication style

My communication style is authentic, warm, and down-to-earth—no “therapist voice” here. I listen closely, offer honest and compassionate feedback, and use humor when it’s helpful to ease tension. Sessions are a space where you can show up as you are and feel genuinely understood.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started as a school psychologist, supporting neurodiverse learners in schools. Over time, I discovered a passion for broader mental health work, helping clients navigate emotions, identity, and life challenges. I’m inspired by their resilience and love seeing the growth that comes from our work together.

Our first session

Our first session is relaxed and a chance to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, gather some background information, and begin to explore your goals. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear sense of what our work together might look like, so you can feel confident moving forward.
