I support teens, young adults, and adults who may feel misunderstood, burned out, or stuck—especially those who are neurodiverse, navigating school or work challenges, or exploring their identity. My goal is to help you develop tools, clarity, and self-compassion so you can thrive on your own terms.

My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Rather than trying to eliminate difficult thoughts or feelings, we’ll focus on building awareness, flexibility, and skills that help you respond differently to challenges.
