I specialize in working with individual women aged 20 and older who are struggling with anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, transitions, relationship issues, and grief. I offer ways to help you cope with the difficulties that life can bring.

My approach

My work is holistic and person-centered and I cater my approach to your individual needs. I draw from many modalities including Mindfulness, CBT, Somatic, and Interpersonal. My main focus in on helping you grow into your best self.
