I am present-focused while reflecting on your past to learn how best to approach present and future challenges. My focus is to help you become more empowered to use your inner strengths.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have witnessed many people in my personal life struggle with severe mental illness and how difficult it is not to receive the appropriate quality and level of care. I am here to support you in providing high-quality care, striving to be active, attentive, and caring in my approach so you do not feel alone.

My goals for you

I believe in a person's ability to recover from any life challenges that may come. My goal is to help you feel empowered and equipped with practical tools to navigate both current struggles and future obstacles.

Our first session

I engage in thorough assessments to understand all aspects of your medical issues, mental health issues, social and relational circumstances, as well as general life stressors. We engage in shared decision-making to determine what goals are most fitting and important to address.
