My journey to mental healthcare

I began my career serving children, teens, and young adults, then transitioned to HIV/AIDS counseling and support. Eventually, I began working with Veterans providing clinical and psychiatric support through psychotherapy, emergency crisis interventions, and suicide risk management.

I work alongside my clients to assist them in healing from trauma, building self-worth, improving communication in their relationships, and reaching their goals through support and practical feedback to help effectively address personal life challenges.
