Hi there, I'm Janelle!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over nine years of experience. I have worked with a diverse range of clients, but I specialize in working with young adults and military community members. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help support identifying and changing maladaptive thought patterns. I am also client-centered, as I feel each person is unique and deserves an individualized approach that is warm, non-judgmental, and compassionate.
