I believe each client is unique with their own story and deserving of therapy constructed for them. I work with trauma, stress, anxiety, abuse, depression, divorce, relationship issues, co-dependency, grief, and prolonged physical and mental illness challenges.
My focus
I work with adults, seniors, vulnerable populations, at-risk youth, and individuals who have suffered trauma, abuse, displacement, discrimination, racism, and sexism. I support clients with dysfunctional families, relational issues, self-esteem challenges, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and personality concerns.
My approach
I use a collaborative and compassionate approach, partnering with clients to uncover problems as well as strengths and personal resources. Depending on needs, I work with brief solution-focused models or more in-depth Psychoanalytic approaches for clients who wish to explore underlying issues and continue a personal growth path.
