My journey to mental healthcare

My journey as a therapist started when I took my first psychology class. Learning about how people think and act fascinated me. I loved helping people overcome their problems and grow. Seeing people make real progress and positive changes reminds me why therapy is so important.

Based on your report and individual needs, I will collaborate with you to develop treatment goals and focus on what is most important to you.

Our first session

At our first meeting, we will review policies and relevant documents. I want to know what brought you to seek help, a summary of your life history, and what you want to achieve in treatment. You may ask any questions regarding my therapeutic approach. My goal is for you to feel comfortable and validated.
