My communication style

I listen and hear my clients with a nonjudgmental approach. I am easy to talk to while allowing my client to tell their story. I will help navigate my client as they process their emotions.

My journey to mental healthcare

I sought out therapy as I found myself a divorced mom of three children who were scared and had a low sense of self. In my healing journey, I learned to love, honor, and respect myself. Having self-value and self-worth, I decided to become a therapist myself so I can help individuals heal through their emotional pain.

My goals for you

I ask my clients what they would like to work on and set goals by priority. I will check in with my clients and hold them accountable to see if they are putting in the work to reach their goals.

Our first session

The first session together is to create positive interactions as we begin to get to know each other and to provide an emotionally safe space for the client to express their need to seek therapy so they can obtain their personal goals.
