Hello, I am LeRae. I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist who is considerate and encouraging while supporting my clients through their challenges, as they begin to work on their self-healing journey.
My approach
My approach is allowing the client to tell their story. I will hear them with an open mind and empathy. My client and I will discuss and collaborate on personal goals the client would like to work on and accomplish.
My focus
I have experience working with clients who have issues with anger, anxiety, and low self-esteem.
My communication style
I listen and hear my clients with a nonjudgmental approach. I am easy to talk to while allowing my client to tell their story. I will help navigate my client as they process their emotions.
My journey to mental healthcare
I sought out therapy as I found myself as a divorced mom of three children who were scared and had a low sense of self. In my healing journey, I learned to love, honor, and respect myself. Having self-value and self-worth, I decided to become a therapist myself so I can help individuals heal through their emotional pain. I enjoy empowering and encouraging individuals to seek their fullest potential in being the best version of themselves by helping them see their self-worth.
My goals for you
I ask my clients what they would like to work on and set goals by priority. I will check in with my clients and hold them accountable to see if they are putting in the work to reach their goals.
My first session with you
The first session together is to create positive interactions as we begin to get to know each other and to provide an emotionally safe space for the client to express their need to seek therapy so they can obtain their personal goals.
