I am committed to meeting each client where they are in their journey. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, focused on harnessing the resilience and capabilities that already exist within you.

My focus

I have spent extensive time addressing mood disorders, self-esteem, and executive functioning difficulties, such as time management and emotional regulation. In addition to school and work-related difficulties, I provide guidance and support during significant life transitions, including family changes, relationship shifts, and personal growth.

My approach

My care is client-centered and strengths-based. I utilize various therapy techniques based on your individual needs, most often CBT and IPT. Together, we'll identify strengths, challenges, and work on strategies to help you move forward with confidence.

My communication style

I value open and honest communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. It is important to me that your needs are heard. I utilize active listening to reflect what is being expressed and make sure we come to a mutual understanding.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey started with the adoption of my younger sibling. I saw how our social worker interacted with us with care, and I harnessed a desire to help others in the same way. I knew I was called to help others navigate and take on their difficult thoughts and emotions.
