My journey to mental healthcare

I've always had a deep desire to help others. I find great purpose in empowering and guiding clients when they're most vulnerable, watching them grow stronger and create the life they've always wanted. It's inspirational to be part of this healing journey.

My goals for you

I believe you are the expert in your own life. Together, we'll set your goals with you leading what you want to accomplish, while I guide how we get there and gauge your progress. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage, and I'm proud of you for getting started.

Our first session

This is when we get to know each other. You'll tell me why you're here, what you hope to accomplish, and what has or hasn't been helpful. I'll ask questions to assess what's causing your concerns and discuss therapeutic modalities we can try. It's a collaborative approach that continues as we fine-tune what works best.
