All clients are welcome. My experience in the educational mental health field has allowed me to work with a huge variety of clients. My specialty is LGBTQIA+ counseling with clients of all ages.
My approach
Therapeutically, I like to walk alongside my client toward reaching their mental health, wellness, and life goals. Typically, we will work within the scope of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Reality Therapy (WDEP): meditation and other wellness areas are explored as desired.
