I work with ages 14 to adults experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, gender identity, life transitions, or work and family stress. As a sex therapist, I support individuals and couples navigating intimacy issues, kink, polyamory, or reviving connection.
My approach
Therapy should be a safe, warm space. My approach ensures individualized care by hearing your goals and customizing interventions, resources, and homework to help you grow and navigate challenges. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as my foundation, along with Humanistic Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Psychodynamics as needed.
