Are you feeling stuck in your own thoughts, emotions, or body? Do you tend to repeat the same interpersonal challenges? I specialize in helping people make sense of their unique life experiences and unstuck, so they can move on with their lives and be their best selves.
My focus
I work with adolescents and adults who want to acquire self-awareness and effective and healthy coping strategies to overcome the long-term effects of adverse childhood experiences and various traumas. While focusing on a collaborative, team approach, the client will be responsible for making efforts to improve outside the session.
My approach
As a certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist, I use psychoeducation, various body-mind skills, and grounding and resourcing to work towards healing and life goals. In addition, I utilize CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), attachment-focused, and the IFS (internal family system) approach.
