My practice centers around working with individuals who are experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and stressors.

My focus

I have an extensive history of working with young children and adolescents regarding parenting skills, ADHD, and behavioral issues. In addition, I have vast experience working with young and older adults. In my practice, I work with patients who are learning to cope with depression, anxiety, and trauma symptoms.

My approach

I use a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and strength-based approach with my patients while providing unconditional positive regard and empathy.

My communication style

I provide a safe, validating, and empathetic environment for my patients. I provide an environment of exploration and discovery in your therapeutic journey.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was unsure about my career when I was in college. It was not until I went to therapy that I fell in love with the career. I learned much about myself in therapy and wanted others to have a similar experience. I enjoy seeing patients' growth and recovery in therapy.

My goals for you

I collaborate with my patients with their goals in therapy, usually aimed at reducing their symptomology and/or gaining new skills and perspectives.

Our first session

The first session consists of building rapport, learning about each other, and setting the tone for your therapeutic journey. I like to learn about your mental health journey and establish goals for your treatment plan.
