I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I've worked with people of all ages from 5 to adult, helping them navigate a range of mental health issues and life challenges.
My approach
My approach to counseling is eclectic; I might use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mind-Body techniques, Solution-Focused Therapy, or Talk Therapy, depending on my client's needs at the moment. As a certified yoga teacher, I sometimes incorporate breathwork and meditation techniques in my work.
My focus
I work with individuals, couples, families, and minors ages 13-17. My specialties include depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, self-harming, personality disorders, parenting, sexual abuse, stress, trauma and PTSD, grief, and chronic pain.

I aim to create a safe, supportive space where we can openly discuss your concerns and work together to find effective solutions tailored to your unique needs and goals. My communication style is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental.
My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to mental healthcare began with a desire to help others navigate life's challenges. I've worked in various settings, including a mental health center in NY, a school in the South Bronx, and with homeless populations in New York City and Rockland County. In January 2014, I completed clinical hours for licensure at MHA Rockland in Valley Cottage, NY. With multiple Master's degrees and a background in the performing arts, I bring a diverse perspective to my work.
