I practice telehealth in California, working with people who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, and a variety of relationship matters, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) to help people experience something that feels better.
My focus
My focus is on a person's needs and on getting to know each other in a much broader sense, so we can take strides toward where you want to be. Much of the time, I work with people who venture to do more, such as college students, seasoned professionals, and/or new parents.
My approach
My style works very well with both young and seasoned adults who are experiencing life transitions and stresses that may accompany these changes. I support and encourage people to build resources to move into living a life they want.
