My approach to the therapeutic process includes person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, and solution-focused therapy.

My journey to mental healthcare
I wanted to help those who did not understand his or her mental health and/or substance use disorder as well as those struggling with setting and accomplishing goals. I consider myself an active therapist combining experience, education, encouragement, and a person-centered approach to the therapeutic journey.
