Nicole Purcell, LMFT. I am a Licensed Marriage, Family, and Child therapist with 10 years of experience providing therapeutic services in various professional settings including non-profit organizations, court systems, healthcare, and behavioral health settings. My background includes working with teens and adults with mental health and substance use disorders.
My approach
I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities and collaboratively develop an individual treatment plan with each client. My approach to the therapeutic process includes person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, and solution-focused therapy.
My focus
I have a background in working with teens and adults with mental health and substance use disorders. I have a passion for helping clients address low self-esteem, relationship conflicts, mental health concerns, and substance abuse.

My journey to mental healthcare
I wanted to help those who did not understand his or her mental health and/or substance use disorder as well as those struggling with setting and accomplishing goals. I consider myself an active therapist combining experience, education, encouragement, and a person-centered approach to the therapeutic journey.
My goals for you
During the therapeutic process, I educate clients on their symptoms and behaviors and utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to collaborate with developing an individualized treatment plan for the purpose of reducing overall impairments.
